The following key terms are applicable for purchasing Solis Zero
· Top-up data is not available for this product, if the customer wants to extend the service, a new Solis Zero needs to be purchased
· Activation Policy: the service is automatically activated from the first time Solis Zero is connected to a supported network. The activation may take a few minutes, ensure your data roaming is activated
· Non-Refundable: the service is non-refundable once purchased
· Setup: the customer shall install and activate the Solis Zero on a compatible device prior to using the service and within 15 days of purchase, otherwise the data plan will be forfeit
· Compatible Device: Solis Zero requires the device to be compatible with eSIM. The customer shall ensure the device is compatible with eSIM service. SIMO declines any responsibility if Solis Zero cannot be installed on the customer's device. Check the list of compatible device here.
· Service: Only 4G data is supported for Solis Zero
· Not Covered Zone: Solis Zero service may not be available in certain locations where no supported network coverage is available or if the customer device does not support required radio frequency bands in the location
· eKYC (registration of user) is required if the customer wants to use the Solis Zero beyond 30 days
